Join us for a one-day Sacred Music Retreat: Singing the Hours in the Dominican Tradition at the Saint Cecilia Motherhouse in Nashville.

This retreat invites participants into silence, chant, and prayer, culminating in Sung Vespers using Dominican-Gregorian tones and the new translation of the Abbey Psalms and Canticles.

The day will include:

• Chant workshops introducing Dominican psalmody
  • A reflection on the fruits of the Divine Office prayed in common
  • Time for silence and Eucharistic Adoration
  • Sung Vespers as the high point of the day

No previous chant experience is necessary — only a desire to pray more deeply with the Church’s song.
